By downloading, installing, or using Studio to Street ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Studio to Street is a platform that allows artists to share unreleased music with listeners. Artists may upload audio content; listeners may stream content from artists they follow.
Artist accounts require an active subscription to upload content. Subscriptions are billed monthly at $14.99 after a 30-day free trial. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
By uploading content to Studio to Street, you represent that:
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without notice.
Artists retain ownership of all music they upload. By uploading, you grant Studio to Street a limited, non-exclusive license to host, stream, and display your content to your connected listeners within the App. Listeners may not redistribute, record, or share streams outside the App's built-in share feature.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that content will be available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio to Street shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
