• Profile information: bio, genre, location, profile photo, and social media handles you choose to provide
• Content: audio tracks and files you upload to the platform
• Usage data: play events, reactions, and download activity
• Device data: push notification tokens for sending alerts
• Payment data: subscription status managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat (we do not store payment card details)

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To operate and provide the Studio to Street platform
• To process subscription payments through Apple's in-app purchase system
• To send push notifications about new music from artists you follow
• To display your profile and content to users you are connected with
• To improve app performance and fix bugs

3. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Supabase (database and file storage infrastructure)
• RevenueCat (subscription management)
• Apple (in-app purchases and push notifications)
• Google AdMob (advertising, if applicable)

4. DATA RETENTION

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below. Uploaded tracks are deleted from storage upon your request or account deletion.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Studio to Street is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also withdraw consent for push notifications through your device settings.

7. SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission, secure credential storage, and row-level database security. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
